April at Anita's Studio ~ Nourishing Nia Dance

As we dance into April, our focus for the month will be how to create Nourishing Nia Movement.  

Full nourishment means we practice a mind/body balance dance.  

Throughout our daily movement we check in with ourselves and ask “does this feel good to my body”.  

Simple, we think, but putting it into our mind/body dance practice may be challenging. 

I will be introducing new moves to awaken the mechanics of the body and shift movement patterns,

all the while creating mind/body balance to nourish our movement practice.  

Yummm!
