This month we will focus on "Developing Body Literacy".
You will learn how to
● Achieve balance by equalizing movement from left to right and top to bottom
● Integrate smooth, “soft” movement and explosive, “hard” movement
● LISTEN for your body’s feedback, which is experienced as either pleasure or pain.
● Practice Dynamic Ease to energize.
We will continue to energize the our practice as we continually unveil our body knowledge and choose PLEASURE.
AND, no class on Friday, April 29th or Monday, May 30th.
